Brief:
This beautiful apartment is one of nine apartments in this stunning complex. The building used to be part of the Queens Mary Hospital and was the maternity section dealing with pre-mature babies. It was converted into flats in the 1970's.
The brief was to extend the kitchen by re-positioning the dividing wall to adjacent bedroom and create a new ensuite to the master bedroom by subdividing the existing bathroom.
We provided detailed 3D models, internal elevations and electrical layouts to allow the client assess the scheme before appointing a contractor.
