Warnham Court Road
The client wished to extend the existing house to increase the kitchen and dining space, they also wanted to incorporate a small play area, shower room and separate utility room.
To minimize the amount of structural intervention most of the existing partitions were retained. A vaulted lean to roof maximises the height of the new extension whilst also allowing an abundance of natural light into the existing house.
KJC Architects were appointed to submit a planning application, which was approved, and then submit details for a Building Control application which is in progress.
