To demolish the existing garage and conservatory to create a part two-storey, part single storey side extension. On the ground floor there will be a new modern garage which is linked to the main house via a utility space with a light and spacious office to the rear over looking the garden.
On the first floor, a new bedroom is create with a large ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe, the room spans the full depth of the house making it duel aspect with views over the street and the sedum roof/garden to the rear.
