Diamond Jubilee Way
Diamond Jubilee Way is part of the new residential development at the old Queen Mary's hospital site in Carshalton Beeches.
We were approached by our client to propose a design to convert the generous loft space into two bedrooms. Similar to all of our other projects, we took the clients brief and drafted their initial proposal as well as 8 alternative options to show the client how the space could incorporate some storage, a master bedroom and an ensuite. These options also have an opportunity to look at arrangement of dormers for the front and rear roofs. The final design proposed to have one to the front to match the adjacent houses on the street and two at the rear to maximise the space internally.
