Holbrook House

72 Lower Addiscombe Road, also known as Holbrook House, is an existing office building in Croydon with an extant permission for conversion into a residential building. KJC Architects are working on the residential extension to this backland development. Playful contemporary architecture with brick and stone string courses, serrated aluminium panel cladding and corbelled entrance are the prominent features which help in creating an identity for the building while blending with its surroundings.
