We were asked to provide detailed construction drawings for the refurbishment of the first floor flat within this beautiful Victorian house.

As well as the detailed drawings, the service included a design specification and regulatory specification. We were contract administrator during the tender and construction process.

The works included minor structural work, refurbishment to the existing windows, new floor and ceiling construction to improve the acoustic separation between the adjacent properties.

A key part of the brief was to retain the original aesthetic and decoration from the original building, in particular the decorative cornicing and architrave.
