The proposed development consists of the demolition of the existing dental laboratory building to allow for the erection of a full width 3-storey block of flats with parking spaces on the ground floor level. The new building will accommodate 2 1-bedroom flats and 1 2-bedroom flat on the first and second floor. The external envelope of the proposed development will be clad in brick on the ground and first floor level and in metal cladding on the second floor level and asymmetrical pitched roof.
