Adjacent to a conservation area in South Wallington, we have designed a stunning 4 bedroom detached house to replace an existing abandoned garage.
The design is simple and respectful at the front to align with the streetscene of the adjacent houses but the rear is more creative with larger glazing and materiality. The design includes a dropped ground floor to accomodate the sloping site which creates 4m high ceilings to the open-plan family room.
