Our client approached us to develop a large loft conversion to their first floor flat. The proposed works almost doubles the size of the existing flat by 75m2, creating 3 new bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and a new family bathroom.
The works also include substantial alterations to the existing flat with the relocation of the current bathroom to create an open plan kitchen dining space. One of the existing bedrooms is to be sacrificed to create a new bathroom with a large utility room.
