Green Curve, Banstead 

 KJC worked closely with the clients to transform this home in Banstead by extending and internally refurbishing throughout to create a series of dynamic spaces for both entertaining and relaxing. A key part of the brief was to blend the internal with the external, opening up views into the garden which was completely overhauled to introduce luscious planting surrounding three separate outdoor seating areas.
 
The works included a full new roof to provide a loft extension with ensuite, and an internal reconfiguration at first floor. The opening up of the ground floor created an open plan kitchen / living / diner with doors onto a new patio area. Leading on from this, a new timber clad side extension with a large eaves window houses a new bar / games room with views over the garden, which was transformed with a full hard and soft landscaping scheme, including a spa pool and BBQ area that extends the living space outdoors. A new garden room at the foot of the garden provides an office / studio, with a terrace. The front driveway was also enhanced, adding hard and soft landscaping with a new  automated vehicular gate creating a welcoming, attractive entrance area.
