The clients wanted to expand and develop their existing kitchen and dining space, whilst also redevelopjng their terrace area.
We proposed to demolish the existing side extension and construct a more modern single storey side extension to house the new vast kitchen space as well as a large utility room and shower room. |
The concept was to remain modest and restrained along the front elevation with a more contemporary open design to the rear.
The staggered brick detail to the rear elevation creates is very tactile, whilst also creating a contrast in the light, but with natural and artificial light |
