Side Extensions

Side extensions are popular across Sutton, Carshalton, Croydon, Wimbledon and the wider South London area where Victorian and Edwardian terraces benefit from maximising their footprint.

We have worked on a series on both single storey and two storey side extensions. The projects vary from detached to end of terrace properties, where a parking space or garage is replaced by new habitable spaces. Side extensions are a great way of creating much needed storage space, toilets and washrooms, utility rooms or extending the existing living space to create a more open-plan atmosphere.
